Just a short walk from the beach, mile marker 52 to be exact, Anchor House is a brand-new, custom-built 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath beachside retreat designed for the perfect vacation. With beautiful Gulf views, a private pool, and a complimentary golf cart, this home has everything you need for a relaxing coastal getaway. Inside, the home features a functional floor plan with two spacious primary bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a fun bunk room perfect for kids or extra guests. The open living and dining areas offer plenty of space to unwind, while the fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals a breeze. The coastal-inspired design — complete with shiplap walls, natural wood ceilings, and bamboo shades — creates a relaxing beach vibe from the moment you walk in. Step outside to enjoy your private pool overlooking a peaceful community pond. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the poolside shower, fire up the grill, or simply relax on the deck with a cup of coffee at sunrise or a cold drink at sunset. The home also includes a washer and dryer, and a poolside bathroom for added convenience. Anchor House comfortably sleeps up to ten guests with two king beds, a bunk room, and a pull-out sofa. It's the perfect place to soak up the sun, unwind, and enjoy the salt life.
Please note: Due to limited parking, trailers of any kind are not allowed in the neighborhood.

***Please note that golf cart deliveries are scheduled based on check-in times, typically around 4 PM. If you book past 5PM to check-in later that same evening, the golf cart may not be delivered until the following morning.

**The pool CANNOT be heated. We do have the pool serviced twice a week on Monday and Friday (depending on weather) and we do our best to keep sand out of the pool. (Please note that this home is located in a developing community. There is some construction going on around here).

**A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking. Also required is a copy of the driver's license to receive check-in instructions. Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older. **

Simply select your gear at least 48 hours before check-in, and VayK Gear will handle delivery and pickup right at your rental. Please note, a small delivery fee may apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 pm, but there is no guarantee.
-STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
-Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
