Island Retreat Condo Unit 103 is completely remodeled in 2013 with tile floors, granite countertops, new bathrooms and fenced back patio.

The kitchen has new stainless appliances, breakfast bar and is open to the dining and living room areas. The living room features a flat screen tv, and large windows.

The Master Bedroom has a king bed with a custom headboard and a flat screen tv. The Master Bath has a walk in shower, granite counter tops and plenty of shelves and space for all your personal items. There are two large guest bedrooms. Back bedroom also has flat screen tv.

The Guest Bathroom has a tub/shower combination, granite counter tops, custom tile work on walls and plenty of shelves and storage. There is a safety bar in the tub area.

Enjoy this great condo in the Island Retreat complex. Plenty of room for your family. Sleeps 8 people.

The area is very calmed & family friendly. The place was very clean & comfortable. The only sad part is the pool closing hours at 10pm, we like to stay longer while on vacation.

Great Location

Love the amenities at this condo (pool, grills, basketball, volleyball and pickleball courts). You are super close to the beach and can walk or drive there. The condo was very spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Great condo for the beach

Great condo on the first floor. Beds are good for couples, kids and friends. Kitchen is well stocked, and there is a nice size table to eat on &/or play games. And there is a walkway to the beach at the complex.

Island Resort

Great time was had by all. The condo was very clean and well appointed with every and anything you could possibly need. The host, Addie, was super responsive. The only issue we had was the TV in the master was not working so I contacted Addie and a new TV was bought and installed the next day! Super close to the beach, just a short walk. Loved it!
