Beautiful turquoise stained concrete floors abound the private casita on ground level, while warm wood floors cover the second and third levels. The second floor Master bedroom with extra wide king bed has a full bath with handicapped accessible shower and toilet equipped with hand rails for easy access. There is a new Queen bed in the second bedroom, while the third bedroom is a super fun bunk room perfect for kids, equipped with a twin over full bunk and a unique triple twin bunk with hybrid memory foam spring mattresses. Great for multiple families!! There is a spacious full bathroom across from the bunk room with a separate shower/toilet area that allows for use of the vanity and sink while a guest is showering. Each bedroom has a Roku Tv and DVD player with HD cable. The private casita off the garage and patio on ground level is equipped with a large king bed, flat screen roku tv/DVD, mini-fridge, kitchenette/wet bar, and 4 person dinette. There is also a private full bath in the casita as well as a queen pull out sofa for a couple extra sleepers. Walk directly onto the patio from the casita to a spacious backyard among the palm trees.
