Kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining. The breakfast bar has 2 bar stools. Bedroom #1 has a king bed and a large tv. Full bathroom accessible through bedroom or hallway.
Second Floor
Bedrooms #2 and #3 each have a king size bed and a tv. Full bathroom accessible through bedroom 2 or through hallway. Bedroom 3 is a loft style bedroom. It has a large opening on 1 wall that overlooks the living room on the 1st floor.
Outdoor Features
Private patio outside of the living room overlooks the canal and the reserved boat slip (no boat lift, slip only). There is a pool and hot tub on the property. The canal is great for fishing. This townhouse has 1 reserved parking space and there are a lot of unreserved parking spaces too. The 1st floor of this townhouse is on the 2nd floor of the building. You must climb 1 flight of outdoor stairs to reach the front door of this townhouse.
