Enjoy the peacefulness of El Cortez on Mustang Island, just three miles south of Port Aransas. You will love the open floor plan and spacious living room and bedrooms with ocean life décor carried throughout this two-story home. Cable and Wi-Fi are available in the condo. Gather everyone in the living room to watch a movie on the TV while lounging on the couch or four accent chairs. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals such as spacious granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Enjoy meals at the dining table with seating for four and additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. Take your coffee out to the private patio to sip in the ocean breeze. The downstairs bedroom (BR1) consists of two Queen beds, nightstands, a chest, and a TV.
