A little odd- directions came via video starting down the street. We were not allowed to park in the parking lot as that was permit resident parking, not even for handicap guests. Street parking only & quite the task at times, walking 3 blocks one day. The firepit, fitness, bbqs are for residents. The property doesn't allow short term rentals so don't talk to anyone per owner instructions. Access was eerie, as the door was unlocked and key inside. We were to leave the same way. It was a nice location for the island. But it was loud from helicopters, boat horns, neighbor dogs and some remodeling in a unit nearby. The AC is a loud/swamp wall unit but at least we had it. Good thing we brought a floor fan for the bedroom. The balcony was filthy, so we did not use. And the window in the bedroom was also dirty so kept shutters closed. The apt looked similar to picture. It could of used another lamp.The kitchen was nice & the fridge worked well, producing alot of ice. The coffee pot was grose but I used mine. We travel with a small pet and it was nice we could visit friends and bring her. I vaccummed, tidied up & cleaned kitchen before we left only to be told deep cleaning of couch & carpet was required. We had covered the worn leather couch with a blanket during our stay & the carpet in the bedroom wasnt super great before our arrival. We did have a huge cockroach & some crickets but was told living near the water that is expected. Found wet sheets in washer. We left early.
