We had a perfect vacation for two adults and one 8 y.o. kid. Highlights included: -Package A and snorkeling with guide taking charge of child so adults could enjoy -accommodating and flexible staff with constant smiles and responsive customer service -daily spa visits were affordable and excellent -huge menu, lots of choices -Airport pickup and transfer both ways included, seamless process -small resort avoids a commercialized feeling -lots of ocean wildlife at the resort beach that swims out to a small reef with giant clams -plenty to do even though isolated on the island. Highly recommend!
The staff are always ready to help. Delicious food, great room and bathroom, nice boats and tours, everything perfect!! I will recomend to my friends and clients, and hope come back for this wonderfull place
We got the 4d3n package with island hopping tour. Stayed 2n at the island and 1n at the bayside hotel. From planning and reservation the staff has been very helpful and patient attending to our needs. (We were a couple meeting up with friends on a holiday with separate bookings) They followed thru all the details as to flights and pick up times. From transport from hotel to the island on the speed boat and back we felt like VIPs. The sea was quite rough from a low pressure that time but we felt safe as the staff on board looked confident and sure of what they're doing. Once on the island we were greeted with a warm welcome, we were a party of 6, everyone got drinks and snacks. The staff gave us orientation of the resort amenities and services. Every where we went staff were very courteous and polite. Security was tight. We went kayaking with 2 guides, big shout out to James and Cliff! We had the best snorkeling and kayaking tour ever! Cliff brought us to the best snorkeling site and guided my husband and I around beautiful corals. We had a blast! We also visited the neighboring island Bulog Dos. Despite the gloomy skies, we had the loveliest day i could imagine! We had karaoke for 2 nights. Service was great with a few extras. Breakfast was awesome. We really appreciate the service. It was indeed a memorable experience. For the price we paid for it was well worth it! The island hopping tour was by Calamian tours. We also had a great crew and an awesome guide. All of us enjoyed the snorkeling and swimming experience. Even the weakest swimmers in our group had fun! My suggestion though...with lunch, would be nice if there's a touch of Two Seasons on it to make it quite special. Thank you everyone at Two Seasons. We had a grand time!
A perfect experience for a first timer in Coron. We booked the island tip bungalow with an unexpected complimentary , refillable mini bar! Being in the island on an off season period pampered us during our 3 night stay. We took the full board package and had a 16 seater island hopping banca all to ourselves! Food had good presentation and appetizing! Orders are big enough for sharing and they provided a breakfast tray of bread, fruits and cheese and cold cuts for free! Highly commend the staff, the golf cart drivers, the waiters, the reception, the boatmen and our island hopping guide for taking good care of us. I had fever on my last night, and the nurses were there to give me some medication and attend to my needs.
Best tour packages. Staff are all very courteous and helpful. Need to add more selection to the food though as it's not easy to leave the island to eat. Overall, we had so much fun and vow to stay at other Two Seasons Resorts too.
first of all thank you for i am here in this hotel. it was amazing and i would like to thanks to Roshan thapa, Gemma, malyn, rodha , prabhu and jolly .i also liked the design of the room and the amazing view on the burj al arab . I hope that i will come back next year and have the same experience. Thanx to especially Roshan Thapa .
Place was so cool. Imagine spending 5 days/4 nights with your family on a beautiful distant island with a very nice beach! Really a wonderful experience to have especially if spent with love ones. Island is located quite distant from any other hotel or resort, that you would feel privacy at its finest. Love the location. We were warmly welcomed by the staff. Food was great.
We visited in Feb 2016 two seasons hote spa and resort with our 11 and 12 yr old at the time. A local flight from Manila and onto busanga airport and another 35 .minutes from coron to the resort on a boat. Beautiful waters crystal clear. The island in nature and environmentally friendly. It is essentially a beautiful beach with bungalows at sea level and higher up. Glad we took sea level ones. You are basee on this resort but there are boat excursions tonkther islands and to the lagoons which is a must On the rest itself young Vincent will take you to the lagoon and banana boat ride and all the fun stuff. Be careful when you book for 4 as we did . We had to pay extra we found out after booking flights and all for the 2 beds although I had stated that I wanted 4 beds in the bungalow. In the end we took 2 bungalows. They laid on a special dinner for us on the beach by candle light which the kids thought was funny.cos you are on the island in the evenings the restaurant can become boring so 4 to 5 days is enough I would say. You can read in their library play games in the games room and rent DVDs. Now looking back on it, I would say it's for couples who dont want the bars and clubs and noise of Boracay and wantv4 days relaxing and a couple of days in Manila on the way home. Once stagg, lovely welcome and great dayvteips with lunches n all.
I commend the place itself for having a serene type of relaxation, plus the staffs who were attentive and welcoming made our stay short but sweet. :) I always look up to the room's condition being totally clean or spacious or just have to say worth its price, having stayed in their Sandbar Bungalow was like a once in a lifetime experience for me. It was perfect. The views from the Bungalow was perfect. You'd definitely love waking up to that view! It made our stay worthwhile. :) Our only problem that time was the policy about flying a drone, we understand the terms and conditions about it but we still tried to ask for help to staff for allowing us to use and she said that it needs permission from a certain department which I am not sure of. She just informed us after a call that it is not really allowed. But after a couple of weeks I think after our visit, we saw a post on Instagram from a foreign couple being in the same place two seasons Coron in SandBar Bungalow also showing their photo using a drone. We also checked the locations' hashtags and saw other photos using a drone and some of them were foreign. We suggest policies about it should be equally implemented. And the last thing, we think that allowing guests to use a drone can also help in your marketing strategy for it can capture a wider shot of the beautiful place rather than a digital or mobile camera. That's it. All in all, this was one of my favorite trips so far. :)
First of all they agreed to postpone our stay on one day since we got stuck in the Hong Kong demonstrations which was very nice. The spot itself is an isolated island in the middle of the ocean.water is perfect and beautiful. Room is nice and cozy but food is terrible and the overall atmosphere is that they are trying to squeeze money from you in any way possible.Calling your room, offering you out of range prices for activities.Their prices for island hoping are out of charts and in the end you feel like you're a client not a guest.
