Experience spectacular sunsets and an expansive sound view during your stay at this 5 bedroom home in the Monteray Shores community of Corolla. Sunset Sound Corolla provides a variety of indoor and outdoor amenities that will keep the entire family entertained. The open concept top level living area maximizes the water views and encourages quality time spent together. Four master suites ensure privacy, and a game room on the ground level serves as an additional hangout space. After a day at the beach, admire the sunset while enjoying a cocktail from one of the decks overlooking the pool area and sound.

This home shares access to a semi-private soundside dock, perfect for launching kayaks, paddleboarding, fishing and crabbing. Guests also have access to Monteray Shores community amenities, including a large outdoor pool, tennis courts, fitness center, clubhouse and boat launch. The nearby beach access at Bonito Street is a short walk away and also provides public parking.

Not well maintained, spider haven

The house itself is large and is in a great location, that's about all the good I can say. There are spiders literally everywhere inside and out, we were never comfortable using the balconies or going anywhere immediately around the property. We were constantly fighting ants upon arrival, tried keeping all food in the fridge and using any traps... Didn't help much. We never used the hot tub as the whole area was a spider haven. The pool was not in the greatest shape, didn't see anyone come by to clean either in the two weeks we were there. Note the main living area is on the top floor and the AC could not keep up during the hot days, getting up to 82 degrees. Additionally the sound proofing between floors 3 and 2 is horrendous, somebody just walking across the living room sounds like stomping in the bedrooms, luckily our infant is a heavy sleeper. Wouldn't recommend staying here, house is in need of maintenance/upgrades.
