Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication
We had problems with the AC on the top level of the house. It was eventually (on Monday) corrected with 2 window units. Then the unit itself was repaired on Wednesday or Thursday, I don't recall. Or biggest disappointment was the communication. It was somewhat confusing. I even got a text telling me the issue had been fixed over a week after we got home. I didn't understand that. Finally, while the Outer Banks is a beautiful area, the Dunes make it very difficult to get to and to enjoy the ocean. As a personal preference, we will NOT be back to the Outer Banks.
