Enjoy the breathtaking soundfront views from Sea-ville located in the Currituck Club in the Magnolia Bay neighborhood. Guests will have access to all the great amenities that the Currituck Club offers including a gym, 18 hole championship golf course, basketball, tennis / pickleball courts, shuffleboard and three pools. Enjoy easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops and a grocery store. After a day at the beach or on the golf course, relax in the luxurious, top-of-the-line hot tub with spectacular sunset views. Come see the refresh for 2025: New flooring throughout the home, new paint inside and out, upgraded 1 gig speed internet, new accessories and a universal EV charger!

All beach trolleys run from the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.

Pets allowed - dogs only. No smoking/vaping. Fireplace not available for guest use.
