This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Gas fireplace is not available for guest use.

Family Vacation

Family of 11 loved the location, the size of the house and pool . Plenty of space for all age groups to find their own place to hide. House was well equipped with everything you need to feed a large group.

Damn nice house

The house was as promised. It was a bit worn, the AC didn’t cool the lower levels very well. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans. I was a bit disappointed in the bath towel (singular). Dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, kitchen towels would have been nice to have as well.

Just what we needed!

We had three family’s with 15 total people. This house gave us privacy and location. 5 min walk to ocean, private roads, no security issues, pool and hot tub, fully stocked kitchen just bring your own food. We got there at 1 pm but couldn’t get in till 4 (check in time). No big deal just don’t come early.

The property manager was very responsive when we had an issue with the ice maker not working. Unfortunately the ice maker could not be fixed. So no ice for the week. They did offer to bring us a bag of ice.Had an ant infestation in the kitchen, and a problem with spiders in one of the first floor bedrooms.Check-in time was 4:00. We arrived at 5:30. Cleaning crew was still cleaning the house. Had to wait for them to finish up.Dirty linens were left in a bag in the carport, trash on the ground as well.Lights didn't work in the pool.We had a great week none the less. A little disappointing considering what we paid.
