Proximity to the ocean (approx. 3-minute walk) and a spacious prow front design will delight both the young and old in this well-equipped, renovated vacation home representing easy beach living at its best. Centrally located just a very short walk to the beach or oceanfront community amenities which include outdoor pools, tennis courts, children's playground, restaurant and grill! Also, a very short stroll to the Corolla Town Center bakery, shops and restaurants. Take the community trolley (seasonal) or short bike ride to the Sports Center which includes an Olympic-sized indoor pool, large Jacuzzi, indoor racket ball and tennis (fee for indoor tennis) and a well-equipped gym.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds, and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.
