Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool, hot tub and gas grill. Inside you'll find a Rec Room with flat-screen TV, Queen Sleep Sofa and foosball table.

Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms each with flat-screen TV, deck access (1 is a private deck) and private bathrooms. Laundry room with washer, dryer and utility sink.

Top Level: Great room with gas fireplace, flat-screen TV and deck access. Kitchen with breakfast bar seating 2 complete with beverage cooler and ice-maker and the dining area seating 4-6. Workout area with Peloton bike and free weights, half bath and a Bedroom with a Bunk Set and Trundle.

Extras: Two 4x4 parking passes (with $50 cash deposit), Private Pool (heated for $500), Hot Tub, 5 TVs, gas grill, books, games, high chair, pack-n-play, high speed internet access, Keurig & standard coffee makers, utility sink, beverage cooler, Peloton bike, free weights, foosball table, gas fireplace (available November 1-April 30), linens and towels provided and parking for 4-5 vehicles. Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

4-WD REQUIRED - This home is only accessible by high clearance Four-Wheel-Drive vehicles such as a Jeep Cherokee, Ford Explorer, etc. You will be driving on the beach, over dune lines and in soft sand.

Carova Beach is convenient for families because it is not necessary to walk to the beach. A walk over the dune or a 30 second drive in your four-wheel drive vehicle brings you out to the beach where you can park right on the beach and enjoy the luxury of having all your beach goodies at your fingertips and enjoy the day! Wild horses roam the area as well as fox, deer, and lots of waterfowl on the sound.

Beach Parking Passes are required to park on the beach from the last Saturday in April through the first Saturday in October. You do not need a pass to drive on the beach or park at the home. Two 4x4 parking passes are included with each 4x4 vacation home with a cash deposit (refunded when passes are returned). Passes can be picked up at our Corolla Office (1023 Ocean Trail) during business hours. If more than two passes are needed, there are a limited number of additional available parking passes each week that can be purchased from Currituck County.
