All trash must be removed from every bathroom/bedroom in addition to the kitchen. We have five bathroom, so please ensure the step is not missed.

Nice community, walking distance to the beach

The house was spacious and close proximity to the beach, only took a couple minutes to walk there. The house had a heated outdoor shower, which was nice for after visiting the beach. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. The online listing was accurate and the property manager communicated well. Community was nice and quiet, well suited for families. The beach was busy, but never felt overly crowded. We would stay here again!
