Pool is available seasonally from late May through late September, depending on weather and HOA schedule. If you're visiting during May or September, please contact us to confirm pool availability for your stay.



Guests are required to sign our Renter Agreement in addition to any platform agreement.

Per platform policies, Good Day Getaways is authorized to hold a security deposit due to our API integration with their platform. Guests are required to provide this deposit at least 2 days before the start of their stay. The deposit will be held securely and released within 7 days after the stay, in accordance with platform policy, provided there are no issues.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.
