Welcome to your next favorite vacation destination, Coastal Casita! Nestled in a quaint location, this lovely home is perfect for a large family stay as it boasts access to a playground, athletic courts, and a community pool. Close to Coastal Casita there are numerous shops, restaurants, beach access points, and parks. Inside, the home\'s updated interior boasts spacious rooms and modern amenities. The sun-filled living room has plush seating and a large TV, whereas the well-appointed kitchen positively gleams with its stainless steel appliances and numerous utensils. When it\'s time to eat, gather around the large formal dining table for a family-style meal. The home\'s four bedrooms are adorned with nautical-themed decor pieces, central air, and their own TVs with Roku sticks. The perks don\'t end there though! A private washer/dryer and high speed internet access round out the interior amenities. Outside, enjoy the Corolla sunshine, relax and unwind in the hot tub or take a dip in the pool, all while enjoying the comforts of this home. The beach and sound side are only a 5 minute walk away on a paved pathway, where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the uncrowded beaches. House Rules
