Potential Renters Beware

Where do I begin? The property was absolutely filthy (e.g. grime on the kitchen counter tops and bathroom vanities, accumulated dust everywhere, nasty stained carpets, what looked like dried blood in a bathroom, feces on one of the toilets, etc.). We asked the management company several times to clean the place, with no action. The material condition of the property was horrible (rotting wood on the outside, a leaking window in the living room, furniture and kitchen accessories that most thrift stores would not want, etc.). If I could have rated this place a zero, I would. My suggestion to the owner(s): take a little more pride in your property!
