Entire house includes 1st and 2nd floor apartments as well as a wellness studio on the 3rd floor. The 1st floor apartment is a 2BR that sleeps 5 (w/ bunk bed), 1 bath; the 2nd floor unit has 1BR with 2 full baths. Each apartment has it's own full kitchen.
The home, with its contemporary design aesthetic detailed in the artwork and furnishing, has 2 separate apartments. It's perfect for large families or a group of friends vacationing together. There is a bunk bed in the 2br apartment it can accommodate a child or adult up to 6ft tall. It sleeps 8 comfortably, has 3 full baths and 6 smart TVs. People-watch on the big front porch or access the 2nd floor deck for more privacy. Included is a newly added movie room with a 50" smart TV and surround sound speakers
The wellness floor offers a Moroccan inspired chill room (flush with comfortable floor seating), a writer's nook, and a yoga room. Come and relax, read, enjoy music or simply lounge with family and friends.
