While the property was clean, property maintenance is poor and minimalistic. Hvac unit was unacceptably loud. Room amenities were basic, not sure how many people still use an ironing board or a hair dryer. Toilet paper holder was delicate, pillows were self inflating and was like trying to rest your head on a balloon that was both deflating and constantly deflating. Woken in the middle of the night to the horrible smell of a stink bug somehow found it under the pillows, removed it from the bedding but had the smell linger for several hours after the fact. The "continental" was lacking, breakfast consisted of bagels, micro-muffins, corn flakes, yogurt and a waffle maker. There may have been juice and coffee ? A single 1/2 gallon of milk in fridge. Ice maker was only available on first floor with an overprice vending machine of limited variety, second overprice vending on second floor. Staff was not present at front desk and quick to dismiss conversations.

Don’t let the outside fool you! The room was really nice, the bed was super comfy, and the shower was amazing. I literally have no complaints. Parking was a little tight at night, but everything else was perfect. I also loved that the hotel was surrounded by so many food options. I was only there for a short trip and wish I could’ve explored more — I’d definitely stay here again!

Pictures online was not what the actual hotel looked like. Additionally, staff was trying to charge us for a shampoo dispenser that was not damaged. Thankfully, we took pictures before we left. You can hear people talking on their phone in the room next-door as well as walking up and down the hallways because there’s a huge gap on the bottom of the door. Room was clean.
