We stayed two nights while visiting the state and national parks nearby. Room was clean with fresh linens and comfortable bed. Staff were friendly.
Our second night was a nightmare due to a girls’ baseball group returning from a game. The middle part of the hotel was opened area for all three floors. Our room was between two of the rooms with the teenage. At about 11:30pm, we were awaken to people running up and down the hallway, doors slamming, laughing, and the floors shaking. No parental control at all as I heard the parents laughing stating the girls were just doing “ding-ding run” I finally had to call the front desk and was advised they will be up to address the issues. While that was going on, a group returning from a wedding were making a bunch of commotion so another patron came out of his room yelling at the group to keep down the noise which then started a screaming match.
This was no fault of the hotel but these folks should’ve been asked to leave as it was late and a disturbance to other patrons staying at the hotel.
