The cozy 75 m² "Rosengarten" apartment is located on the family-run Heiglerhof in Steinegg (Cornedo all'Isarco), South Tyrol, just 30 minutes from Bolzano. Cows, calves, chickens, and two affectionate cats create an authentic farm experience. The accommodation is ideal for families, couples, and those seeking peace who want a nature-focused holiday in the Dolomites.



The apartment with a balcony on the 2nd floor accommodates 2 to 6 guests with two double bedrooms, one featuring an additional sofa bed. The open-plan kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee maker, moka pot, and kettle. Dish soap, kitchen towels, hand soap in the bathroom, and toilet paper are provided. Enjoy views of the Rosengarten, part of the UNESCO World Heritage, from the balcony.



A bread delivery service with fresh croissants, rolls, farm-fresh milk, eggs, and jam is available on request for an extra charge. The outdoor sauna on the terrace is shared but can be used privately until 10 p.m. Wi-Fi, baby cot, children’s bed, and high chair are free of charge. Wir können den Heigler Hof sehr empfehlen. Wir haben dort ein paar tolle Tage verbracht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnung ist super und war tadellos sauber. Sehr genossen haben wir die gemütliche Sauna, für die Kinder waren die kleinen Katzen natürlich ein Highlight

Die Wohnung Rosengarten ist perfekt ausgestattet, durch den Brötchenservice, sowie Eier und Milch von den Gastgebern direkt war alles bestens! Wir haben fast immer die Busverbindung genutzt, um nach Bozen oder zu anderen Ausflugszielen zu kommen..sehr angenehm. Sehr zu empfehlen!
