On the first floor, there is a bright living room with a sofa bed, a Smart Working corner, and a smart monitor for streaming Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube (there is no TV with traditional channels). The floor also features a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bidet and washing machine, and a large furnished terrace.
On the second floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with a single bed. The property is non-smoking.
The accommodation is located 30 km from Aquileia, 15 km from Gorizia, and 25 km from Udine. The town center is 700 meters away, and the train station is 1,400 meters away. Ideal for hikers and cyclists, the Alpe Adria Trail runs right in front of the house.
All visitors have unanimously expressed their appreciation for the beauty of the location an appreciation that is, incredibly, even greater than mine, despite having lived here myself. On one side, the surroundings feature an agricultural landscape of vineyards; on the other, the hillside rises directly behind the house, with small acacia groves. A path an old mule track that is part of the Alpe Adria Trail leads up to the ridge of the hill. From here, it is possible to climb to the top, where there is a fortress, or continue beyond and descend into the valley, surrounded by other hills, in a natural setting of forests, streams, and incredible silence.
Casa di Anna is part of a small group of rural houses, slightly detached from the historic town center, which can be reached on foot in just over five minutes. The town center, with its bars and outdoor seating, is lively and pleasant, especially during aperitif time. Local events and village festivals are particularly interesting and attract a large number of visitors.
