We had a very negative experience in dealing with this hotel. Stayed here last year with my husband and 2 children. There was a wedding taking place at the time - lots of shouting and screaming which ended up with some guests trying to get in our window at 1am in the morning. This was just the start of it. It was quite frightening for our 2 children. The management were very apologetic and gave us a voucher to use to come back another time. I kept the voucher for a wedding in a hotel in the same group but didn't notice the really tiny writing on the back of the voucher with an expiry date. They have refused to extend the voucher despite the pending legislation which disallows expiry dates on vouchers. Really pissed off by them to say the least. Don't Go There.

Stayed here last night and found our experience a fab one , the rooms are large clean and comfortable, the breakfast had a great selection and the staff second to none especially Igor who couldn't do enough for us...

We went to the Park Bar today after a trip to the cinema with our 2 boys to have dinner. The atmosphere in the bar is very nice with good background music, the food we had was very nice. My wife had a Chicken Caesar Salad, our boys had Garlic Bread and Chips while I had the Chicken Curry with Rice. The food we had was delicious and our plates were cleared which is a good sign in my book. The staff were very pleasant but there was one girl named Donna who was our waitress who was just amazing in every way very friendly and helpful and great towards our kids (we would return just for her service). Can’t wait to go back again real soon 👍👍👍

Attended a wedding here. Staying overnight. Room was freezing. Bar service was brutal. 250 plus people and 2 bar men. Waiting 15 minutes for a drink at the bar. Not good enough. Shocking avoid bad management

I stayed two nights with my Husband, my son his wife & their two little girls, we had a very pleasant stay, they have a great pool with sauna, steam room & jacuzzi but best of all they have a fabulous hot outdoor jacuzzi , they have a great Restaurant serving fantastic breakfast & dinner, the staff were very nice we even got complementary mulled wine & Christmas crackers with our dinner, all in all a very pleasant stay we will definitely return

I was in the Midleton area on business and so booked into this hotel. The price was above average and so I expected an above average experience. Check in was fast and efficient and the room was good. Very clean and comfortable. Dinner was good, good service and the food was well presented and enjoyable. The weak link was breakfast. As I walked in I could see an entire bowl of completely rotten oranges which not only had escaped the notice of the young lady serving but also of the three managers having a meeting right beside it. I brought it to the attention of the young lady who was embarrassed which actually she should have been. My breakfast order was then forgotten not once but twice. So whoever is supervising breakfast is dropping the ball, otherwise a good hotel.

I stay here for 3 nights the room were nice reception were lovely but the bar was one of the worst service and staff were so rude what a let down service for food and drink was terrible stay away my advice

I have stayed here twice. Both times with toddlers. The rooms are lovely and clean and the beds are very comfortable. They cater for families and young children. There is a swimming pool also here. The restaurant is great and the staff are very nice and very attentive. The food is also great. I definitely recommend this hotel. They also have a breakfast buffet, the food here is also very nice. Its within a close walk of restaurants and bars. I will be staying here again.

The hotel itself is lovely apart from the radiator in our room not actually working but don't dare go near the bar restaurant. The staff are so rude and obnoxious. They have no idea what they are doing. Can't take an order then deliver it to the correct table. We waited 40 minutes for lattes on the third morning we were there! Waited nearly as long for hot chocolates for the little children with us and when the waitress was told to put them on the table she rolled her eyes and gave us terrible attitude. If you're going to be in that industry they are to learn how to respect customers and how to do their jobs correctly. It was obvious that they had no training before starting. The previous night we had all sat down for a large family dinner and our orders where mixed up and once again the waitresses had no idea where the food was actually going. For a four start business it is ridiculous. I wouldn't give them one after their actions while we stayed

Went there yesterday wit my family for carvery for a change since I haven't been there in years and wanted to give it a go. We stood in line ,got our food and at the till I ordered sausage chips and mash for my son witch I was told would be brought down to us. I asked the man at the till how do we get our drinks?does someone take the order or do we get them ourselves. . I was told we'd be better off getting them ourselves. Didn't mind that part. Asked him do I need a stand number for my food so the waiter can find us and he said no we'll find ya. . As the place was so busy and everyone not really knowing what they were doing I asked again for a stand number. . When we found a table I asked a girl could she bring us an extra chair and a high chair. Eventually I had to get both myself. Went to bar for drinks. Was half afraid to ask for them. Staff under savage pressure and not at all pleven. . One girl just spent the entire time sighing every time somebody asked her for something. When I finally got my drinks and went back to my table my food was cold so I brought it back down to be heated. It came back as cold as the way it went in. . We had all finished our dinner and still no sign of the sausages and chips and mash. Just as I got up to look for it ,it arrived. Without the mash. Asked the boy would he get it. He went away and never returned. . Wit the sausages and chips eaten I still wasn't leaving without getting the mash I had paid for. So I went down to the guy at the till I had ordered it with. I asked could he get me the mash or do I get it myself. . He point blank turned around and ignored me. . I had to break threw the carvery cue and ask the chef myself. . At this point I just wanted to leave. . But my son wanted dessert so I went to counter again for menus. I asked the girl at the counter do you come to the table or will I come back wit the order. She said" I'm not sure I'll find out I'm very confused today". . She came back and said she'd follow me up to take order. . It's been 24 hours now and I'm still waiting for someone to take the order!!. . Very unorganised. No one on the floor taking charge of anything. . I think it's safe to say I will not be back!!!
