Pretty farmhouse with a great pool and nice views. Staff speaks mostly Italian, we communicated mostly using google translate. During the day the farmhouse is very quiet, but in the evening after 2230 they organise wedding parties which can be vey loud and take until 0230AM. Not ideal if you are looking for a quiet place to sleep. Breakfast was very nice with all sorts of nice cakes. Reception was closed when arrived, nobody was available to check us in. Finally managed to find somebody but who was not aware we were coming. Apartment was not ready: balcony not cleaned (cigarettes still not taken out, gas supply for kitchen not connected, no drinking glasses). But after some talking using google translate this was quickly resolved.
