Expedia è davvero poco affidabile, ho prenotato la camera, mi hanno inviato anche l’email di conferma, ma giusto per sicurezza chiamo l’hotel ma la mia prenotazione non risulta presente e mi informa che le camere con expedia sono state bloccate già 20 gg prima, il personale si scusava ed era mortificato per l’accaduto ma il colpevole di tutto è solo expedia

Frühstück in einer Bar wollte keine Rechnung beim Check-out geben - hat sich geweigert. Bei kleinen Umänderungen sind enorm hohe Kosten angefallen. Sie waren unfreundlich. Zimmer waren ziemlich dreckig
