If you are looking to enjoy a tuscany holiday within short drives if Piza and Lucca, with Florance a slightly further drive of around 2 hours.We enjoyed our stay, fantastic times in and around the pool, superb village just up the road had all we needed, with supermarket just 20 mins drive away.We were made to feel very welcome, no hosts on site but easily contactable if required.Very strong communication before and during our stay.

Mulino immerso nel verde davvero suggestivo. Il giardino circostante e la piscina sono l’ideale per godersi il relax in vacanza. La struttura conserva tutte le caratteristiche di un mulino ed è l’ideale per chi cerca una vacanza nel silenzio e privacy totale. Perfetto per chi come noi viaggia con cani. La casa era pulita ad eccezione della zona cucina che necessitava di una pulizia a fondo. Nel complesso abbiamo trascorso una piacevolissima vacanza, consigliatissimo!

Private place with nice pool and spacious garden

This rustic vacation home in an old water mill with large private garden has all the facilities, but could use some updates. Wonderful large, lush garden with different sunny spots throughout the day and large entirely private pool. Check in was smooth, the local ‘key holder’ contacts very friendly. Any issues resolved quite quickly. We had a good time with the kids running around and a cool indoors.Points to improve are an update to the kitchen (water boiler, tiling) and bathrooms fixtures and overall the floors, kitchen sink and downstairs bathroom could be cleaner.
