The ground floor comprises an entrance hall, a large open-plan living area with a dining room, a lounge with a fireplace, a fully equipped separate kitchen, two bedrooms (one with two single beds, 90x190cm), a bathroom, a shower room, a separate WC, built-in wardrobes, a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x190cm) and wardrobe, a balcony, and a desk. Sleeps up to 14 people.

The second floor features a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm), a TV, a sofa bed, a separate WC, a shower room, a bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm), a separate WC, a shower room, a bedroom with two single beds, and a mezzanine with a reading corner, armchair, and desk. On the lower level: a bedroom with two single beds opening onto the outside, a shower room with a toilet, storage space, a garage, a ping-pong table, a ski room, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Chalet au calme avec vue sublime sur la chaîne du Mont Blanc

Chalet au calme dans un très beau petit village où tous les commerces sont accessibles à pied : boulangerie, supérette, tabac, boutique de souvenirs, office du tourisme. Le chalet est très grand, spacieux, agréable et bien équipé et convient très très bien pour une quinzaine de personnes. Proximité d’un joli petit domaine skiable de 11km à Cordon et pas cher, puis des Portes du Mont Blanc (se garer à Combloux) et Évasion Mont Blanc (se garer à Megève), des Contamines, mais aussi à 30mn des stations de Chamonix… il y a de quoi faire pour les skieurs, randonneurs et pour de simples balades avec des lacs, le téléphérique de l’Aiguille du Midi etc … La vue du chalet du la chaîne du Mont Blanc est splendide !!!
