Our chalet is located at the end of the paved road
at 1300 m altitude, above the village of Cordon.
In winter we are in the middle of the Cordon ski area. You put your skis on the terrace. The ski school and the departure of the ski lifts are 5 minutes away, by the blue slope. The tracks pass next to the building. For hikers, the snowshoe trail starts at the end of the car park. The road is regularly plowed up to the chalet but snow tires are needed in winter for safety.
In summer, we are at the door of the pastures, starting many hikes. The calm, the nature, the beauty of the panorama are the strong points of our situation.
Less than 30 minutes by car, you can enjoy the beach and swimming at Lake Passy or Ilettes and the famous biotope of Combloux.
We are 20 minutes from Combloux, 30 minutes from Megève and 1 hour from Chamonix, Flaine, Les Gets ...
For the discovery of our region, we are about 1 hour from Geneva, Annecy, Aosta in Italy ...

Our apartment "Mont Blanc", for 8 people, with the decor "Mountain" offers a unique view of the entire chain of Mont Blanc.

Endroit magique

Face au Mont Blanc cet appartement est super bien situé. Refait à neuf dans un style chalet moderne. Un lieu de vie très grand donnant sur une immense terrasse, une cuisine ouverte moderne et bien équipée, une chambre, une salle d'eau et WC séparé composent le 1er niveau. Au 2ème, 2 chambres, une salle d'eau, un WC séparé et un coin lecture. Lieu idéal pour être en communion avec la nature et réaliser des belles balades. Merci à Brigitte pour son accueil.
