Villa of full foot, of 170m2 on a raised and flowered ground of 3000m2. Located in the Davia Marine, you can walk to the beach (800m).
You will find there all the comfort:
- Equipped kitchen opening onto the outside and the living room
- Crossing living room, with dining side and lounge side (sofa and TV), all opening onto beautiful terraces according to the desired orientation.

Sehr schöne und super ausgestattete Villa, perfekt für 9 erwachsene.
Meeresblick aus der Terrasse und den Pool, Gasgrill mit plancha, induktionsherd, Meer in 5 min nahe mit top top Schnorchel buchten (Oktopus und Tintenfische gesehen!). Traumhafte schöne Gegend mit Abwechslung zwischen Meer, Fahrradfahren und wandern möglich. Nur zu empfehlen!

superbe villa, agréable à vivre, spacieuse pour 9 personnes; très proche des plages, calme
cette maison a une âme c'est plus qu'une maison de location, on se sent chez soi.pleins de recoins sympathiques dans le jardin , terrain de boules,coin de lecture et de repos, 2 grandes terrasses,une grande piscine , une vue sur la mer merveilleuse ,de l'espace donc dehors et dedans. très bien conçue. Endroit calme proche des différentes plages, proche de l'Ile rousse,; enfin le top on a eu beaucoup de mal à partir.............
