Double booked fully paid property

This host double booked the property on a very busy graduation weekend. When we entered, there was another family ( also paid in full, with reservation confirmation). Both of our families had to relocate to very expensive hotels. Strongly advise against this property and the host. He has failed to respond, nor has Vrbo.
