This villa was very clean when we arrived and we received a welcome pack of milk, bread and jam etc, which we didn't expect - a lovely touch. We also had a personal visit from Alice who made sure we had all we needed and kept us up to date during our stay with things we might want to do or visit. The only problem with this villa is that none of the doors face the pool area, so we were unsure about leaving the side door open while we were in the pool. Nothing anyone can do about that though - just the layout.
