This Ski-in/Walk-out condo is a short 3-5 minute walk to the American Eagle and Flyer Chair Lifts. The spacious 1,120 square foot floor plan allows plenty of room to relax in this beautiful residence. The building offers indoor parking, community laundry facilities, right on the Condo Access ski run! Ten Mile Haus A9 is ideal for families or groups who desire easy access to all that Copper Mountain's Center Village has to offer!| Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-72670 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Any additional vehicles have to park at the North Alpine Lot. Please note that Copper is now charging $20 per night for overflow parking.
