This condo has a King bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in the second bedroom and a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room sleeping 8. Enjoy the Full kitchen, dining room and oversized private balcony with great views of the Ten Mile Range and Sky Chutes. There are 3 smart TV's in this condo and a Blue-ray DVD player. Relax by the beautiful gas fireplace in the living room! Free wifi and covered garage parking also included. There are Community laundry facilities and great building amenities including 3 separate outdoor hot tubs, steam room and workout area!

One parking space per condo available on-site. Any additional vehicles have to park at the North Alpine Lot. Please note that Copper is now charging $20 per night for overflow parking.

Great location

Great location love being on bottom floor. Only downside to entire unit is master bed mattress needs to be replaced. It’s very soft and worn, and uncomfortable.

Great stay

I was worried about renting because there were only 3 reviews, but the property was great. The beds were comfortable and it has a nice view. Underground parking was great! The couch was a little worn in places but everything else was in good condition. I would stay here again.
