A true ski-in/ski-out experience, this charming condo has been newly updated, includes all stainless-steel appliances, and has a sunroom with an unobstructed view of the new American Eagle chairlift/gondola. With a King bed and Twin sofa sleeper in the bedroom and two additional Queen sofa sleepers in the living area, up to 4 can comfortably enjoy being just a quick elevator ride and a few steps away from skiing, shops and restaurants, and all the activities held throughout the year in Copper Mountain�s Center Village. The Copper shuttle stops just outside the building for easy access to other areas of the mountain as well. For those who aren�t catching the first chair of the morning, the bedroom and living area feature blackout shades and curtains to ensure a restful night before the next sure to be fun-filled day. The smart TV allows you to stream any of your favorite content while the gas fireplace warms up those who braved the mountain in freezing temperatures. There�s no way to appreciate Colorado�s mountain majesty like having it right out your window! Please note: This property comes with one parking space in the attached garage.
