We loved this hotel throughout the ski season. We came here several times and whenever we had guests, we stayed at this hotel with them. The location is great and the hotel has a nice little area for the hot tubs. Breakfast is a little overpriced in my opinion. Rooms were nice. Food immediately around the hotel at the ski resort could really use an upgrade as it was one of the worst meals I’ve ever had for the price. However, it’s not a knock on the hotel. The hotel is great and it’s very easy to get to the closest town nearby which offers much better dining options.

The hot tub did not work- disappointing. They said it hasn't worked for a long time and won't work until they remodel. They stop serving coffee at 10:00 a.m.- people like to sleep in when they are on vacation and then have some coffee.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. They are modern and roomy. I was however shocked and disappointed that I had to pay $100 in "HOA" and "Resort Fees" for my 2 rooms because I went through Expedia vs booking directly with the hotel

At the time of booking, I spoke to the receptionist and told them that my children were interested in the Summer activities that copper Mountain offered. The receptionist neglected to tell me that they were shut down for the first two weeks of June when we booked. Upon arriving for check-in, no receptionist was at the front desk. After about 10 minutes, the bartender went to find the receptionist. When she arrived, she was very rude.

A very nice stay

Being the off-season, I would have liked some information on what was available or open. The place itself was nice. Our bathroom door was very squeaky and you could hear the tv next door to us. The beds were very comfortable. The view was nice. The water in the lobby was a nice touch.

Clean room with a fridge and pleasant staff on check in. Parking was easy. Situated in a lovely walkable village area but in June, everywhere was closed. There were no shops open, apart from a small grocery store which closed at 5pm. There was nowhere to eat ( despite websites stating bars were open) apart from the hotel, which was overpriced for fast food.
