Not the luxury hotel it's cracked up to be. Staff pretty disinterested. Pillows, come on seriously ? Lobby and restaurant building is nice. Would recommend other options in Creel especially with the premium you pay to stay there. It's very average.

We had a lovely stay here, its closely the downtown to go walk around and do some shopping. The hotel has a great restaurant that offers delicious pizza and artisanal beer that's made right on the property. Definitely would stay here again!

It was beautiful and serene. Welcoming staff and the food was amazing. They even have their own brewery. Totally exceeded my expectations. I have a 12 year old with Autism and he loved it. My mom is 72 and was able to get around no Problems with her fibromyalgia. Very family friendly and kid friendly. Can’t wait to book our family trip for next year.

La habitación estaba muy bonita , sin embargo fue una lástima que no se podía utilizar la tina que fue una de las principales razones por la que pagamos esa habitación , el internet no era muy bueno la señal , locación y diseños de las habitaciones estaba muy bien , nos hubiera gustado que el check out fuera a las 12 pm sin cobro extra
