Set in a quiet location within a short walk to park area and the pathway and steps leading down to the beach is just around the corner. With neat and rear decks for entertaining, plus lower level patio area.

Spacious main living room, front and rear decks, each bedroom has built-in robes, plus full bathroom with large bathtub and second bathroom with laundry facilities. Located off a rear laneway from Del Monte Place, just near the park and 5 Lands Walk walking track to Winney Bay and Avoca Beach. Parking for two small to medium cars off a rear laneway. Being a duplex, there is one adjoining double-brick wall.
