Bedroom one contains king bed and ceiling fan, bedroom 2 contains queen bed and bedroom 3 contains 1 set of double bunks. Beautifully renovated bathroom with bath tub.
Lounge area with TV/DVD and ceiling fan, renovated kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Large entertaining deck with outdoor setting and BBQ. There is also another shower and toilet in the downstairs laundry. Owners sometimes reside in separate accommodation at the property.

Copacabana Beach is one of the Central Coast`s most breathtakingly beautiful and relaxed beaches. It`s a patrolled beach perfect for swimming, surfing and there`s a rock pool for the kids. The local village has cafes, restaurant, convenience stores and there`s a coffee shop at the Surf Club.

Great location, house not so much

Love the area. House is essentially a granny flat, ok but needs maintenance (the fan in the bedroom was so squeaky it woke us up every night). Would have been nice to have been told there is a house under construction right next door - our trip was due to a need for some serious rest and we just didn't get as much as we needed. But do go to Copa - it's amazing.
