Set in a uniquely private position surrounded by established gardens, this two-level family home offers relaxing views of the ocean through the trees. Located within a 5 minute walk to Copacabana beach, the home is ideal for a quiet, relaxing time away from home.

Relaxed beach home with fresh paint, new kitchen and polished floors.
Off street parking for 2 cars (top level) and 1 space via rear lane.
With 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs and bathrooms on both levels, the home also works for dual families, or couples.

The upstairs main living flows out to the deck, while the large downstairs rumpus room is perfect for chilling with a movie (on the large screen TV), or as a space for the kids to play.

A beautiful kitchen with dishwasher and modern appliances, plus coffee pod machine and all you need by way of crockery and kitchen utensils.

NOTE: There are stairs leading down to the property from the top level parking area (2 car spaces), while there is extra parking off the rear laneway (1 car spaces).

There is a small rear unfenced yard - pets accepted with pet fee of $100 and approval.

The walk to the beach is down the hill on Copacabana Drive, or a flatter walk via the rear laneway - which is a single lane concreted drive.

Please note the house is in a secure and quiet position - there are steps to navigate from either parking area. It is not suited to elderly or mobility impaired guests.

Nice house, poor unlit access to it

Add needs to highlight access challenges, parking walking down unlit steps with child’s height rail with luggage from one parking spot or up unlit stone steps from the other spot, any vision or mobility impaired not the house for you. But if you spend a lot of time inside or only enter or leave during daylight, perfectly fine, great cardio with uphill walks and beautiful views.

Good location but room for improvement

The property is close to multiple beaches and within reasonable distance of restaurants/ amenities. The property itself though needs work to make it comfortable enough for a holiday and for the price. The check in/ out process was accomodating and the property managers did try to assist through and after our stay.

Weekend Away

Good spot to get away from the City for a weekend. Short walk down to the beach. Parking would have been difficult but for Andrew calling prior to the stay and giving details of where to park and how to access it. Would stay again.

Perfect get away for family PLUS dog!

Fabulous space for our family - super comfortable beds, plenty of living space (upstairs and downstairs), lovely outdoor areas, especially the top deck, and a super short drive to the lovely dog friendly beach at Copacabana. Wifi and TV great for the kids. BBQ on deck. We loved our stay and would come back.
