Cute apartment (and accurate photos), good location, and clear and quick communication from the host! One thing to note is that there are more stairs than might be expected.

Extremely old property. Host are wonderful, but owner of property appears to be MIA. Useful for my very basic needs, but would not stay again.

Comfortable Bed, Great Bath
We came to the property for a quick overnight as we traveled back to California. It was comfortable, and because we love baths, we appreciated the water pressure and the heat in the new bath/shower combo.
The rating for this unit was exceptional. Unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations of an exceptional rating. It was very basic and in need of a few upgrades.
Thank you)

Quick stay in Coos Bay
This is a sweet apartment in an older, charming building. Lovely back and front porches, quiet, well equipped, and immaculate. I didn’t give it five stars because the bed was a bit softer than my husband and I prefer. All in all, though, a very good place to stay in Coos Bay.

A Wonderful Vintage Apartment
I loved this apartment; it was so homey and comfortable and nostalgic, especially the screened porches on front and back. I would have loved to stay there longer. My only problem was that the host didn’t contact me until the last hour even though I repeatedly emailed and called and I spent a day being nervous that we wouldn’t be able to get in. I understand not giving check in instructions too early, but it would have been nice to get some reassurance that I did have the apartment confirmed.

Great getaway, very clean, huge comfy bed
Perfect for 1-2 people. Just what i needed. Appreciated the welcome manual
As a health care professional,
i would agree with a previous note and would suggest a grab bar and friction strips in shower, for safety of all guests
