Only a 5 minute drive to Main Street Cooperstown and 10 minutes from Cooperstown Dreams Park, our home is the perfect place for your stay. After a hot summer day or a quick workout, cool off in the beautiful in ground pool that my family has enjoyed for the last 20+ years!

The house was lovely for us to attend Cooperstown dreams we stayed with a few families and had an amazing time. We cook s’mores on the fire pit we swim in the pool and we made big group dinners and used the dining room room multiple times throughout the week. Sam was an amazing host and when we reached out to him, he was incredibly attentive and helpful the house is more rustic, which made it even more charming for us

This place is great! We were less than 10 minutes from the Park and Town. The boys went down to the lake and did some fishing. We will definitely be sharing with friends and family's for future trips!
