Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

The owners/management Angie and CJ were very responsive when I reached out with questions. The location is amazing! We only stayed one night and I wish we had the opportunity to stay a second day. The rooms clean, and spacious. I highly recommend this property.

Hotel Pratt was perfect for a weekend stay. We were contacted in advance to get directions for check in, the WiFi was sent to us ahead of time, and the owners were easily accessible when we had any questions. The hotel was clean and looked exactly like the photos. It’s also conveniently right by Main Street!

This is a simple hotel room. No fancy items (OK). Great for location to Cooperstown businesses and baseball venues. Could walk almost everywhere. Comfortable beds! Shower temp control funky - hard to get temp adjusted on first try.
