Historic Inn Rental, Great Location & Spacious
5 bedrooms, 4 full and 2 half-bathrooms, new kitchen, fire pit- lots of space to spread out or come together. Dreams Park is an easy four minute drive! Ommegang Brewery, the Baseball Hall of Fame, Cooperstown Village .. just a few minutes away! The house accommodates up to 13 guests comfortably, with a newly renovated two bedroom suite on the first floor and three bedrooms on the second floor. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, AC, a smart TV and wifi. The living room features the original bar from when the house was a local tavern. There is a sitting room with a book cabinet and dining room with new gas stove/fireplace. The front porch has outdoor seating, as does the large yard in the back. The yard features an outdoor gas grill, a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, and ample parking. There is high speed WiFi and washer/dryer. We recently installed a water filtration system throughout the house to insure our water is safe and odorless. This property, built in 1868, has been lovingly maintained and restored, is spacious, well appointed and comfortable! You, your family ,and friends will enjoy this house and make memories here! This is a private house rental and you will have access to as many bedrooms as you need!

Girls Golf at Leatherstocking
We loved it. It’s a great location for all Cooperstown has on offer.
The Inn was spotless & the kitchen was really great to cook in. Thanks for the coffee also. We had forgotten that.
There was nothing we were missing - well except for aluminum foil but that was manageable 😉. And one is us is an accomplished grilled - our Snake River Farms beef tenderloin filets were crusty & perfectly cooked on the gas grill outside.
And the bedroom/bath situation was perfect for our group of four gal friends who came up to play golf at Leatherstocking and visit the baseball Hall of Fame. Also love all the well labeled soaps! And the decor was comfortable without being too fussy or cluttered. We actually binge watched The Crown on the rainy & chilly Saturday afternoon. The leather couches were perfect for TV viewing.
We all felt the beds were very comfortable too - which is not always the case 😊 and my sheets were soft & snuggly!
Thanks for providing the canvas for a great long weekend - we live in Florida, Texas & NJ so spending the time together was just priceless.

Sibling Reunion
We had a wonderful time in this lovely historical home. It is a spacious and comfortable home with a great kitchen and lovely yard. The owner has done a lot to make this a home away from home! The location is perfect for all that Cooperstown has to offer. I would rent this home again!

Fun for all
This house was great! There was plenty of room for everyone and had an awesome bar for the adults! It was also very close to Dreams Park, where our boys were playing baseball for the wk. Steve, the property manager, was always responsive if we had a question . Thanks for a great stay!!!!
