The staff was friendly, polite, and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a perfect stay except for two things. One, for whatever reason the wifi would not log me in. OK, no big deal, whatever. But two, at 8:20 in the morning, we were awakened by an earth-shattering combination of drilling and hammering that made the walls of the room vibrate. This went on for a while. I texted the front desk and they said they had no idea what it was. Eventually it died down, but it was a heck of a wakeup call.

The property was very clean. Staff was very nice. The view from our window of the pond, field and mountain was an added treat! Very convenient to the Baseball Hall of Fame which was our reason to visit this area. Would highly recommend.

This property offered everything that we needed for our 3-day weekend away. Our room was very clean, quiet, the staff was friendly & accommodating, & the pool provided a great way for my son to unwind at the end of a busy day. The breakfast each morning offered a variety of options to fill us up before heading out to explore Cooperstown. The location was also great, it was just minutes away from the places that we wanted to visit & had several great local dining options close by (I especially loved indulging in the pumpkin roll sundae at Abner's Cabin). One of our priorities of the trip was to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame & surrounding shops, so we appreciated the baseball art & displays throughout the hotel, it was one of the first things that my son noticed upon entering. We will definitely be returning here for our next trip back to Cooperstown.
