Very friendly and helpful staff. I arrived early and they accommodated an early check in. Room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. Excellent bed and linen. Full size fridge. Best of all they are pet friendly.

The newly renovated room is modern and clean, with a great view of the mountains. The facilities are complete and all new, and the staff is very friendly. However, the sound insulation of the room is not very good, and the shower in the room we stayed in had very low water pressure and the temperature was inconsistent.

The new rooms have a lovely view overlooking Cooma and surrounds. Unfortunately, the walls are paper thin. You can hear almost everything in the adjacent rooms. The staff were very friendly though and the location was very convenient. Just a shame about the building quality.
