Inside the main house you’ll find a colourful and cosy living space, including a breakfast bar for easy meals. There are 3 bedrooms in the house plus a sleepout with bathroom, shower and handbasin plus a step down into the toilet area
Walk through the bifold doors out onto the spacious sundeck, well set up for summer BBQs and convenient al fresco dining. With an expansive garden, there is plenty of room for backyard games, as well as boat parking. If you're after a day on the water or spot of fishing, Purangi Estuary has a boat ramp just 2 minutes away!
With the beach just a 5 minute walk away, it's easy to go for a dip locally or head out and take a picnic to one of the many beaches and explore all the Coromandel has to offer. Cathedral Cove, Hahei and Hot Water Beach are all within a 20 minute drive from your door, and all have beautiful scenic views.
