This modern home includes 3 spacious bedrooms, additionally you will find an ensuite in the master bedroom and your own access to the patio. The open plan living and dining offers plenty of space for your group to enjoy days indoors and the fireplace on hand ensures you stay warm all year round. You’ll find the perfect spot to unwind on the sundeck with your favourite book or take advantage of the webber in the warmer months for easy outdoor meals.

The expansive backyard is ideal for family fun outdoors. For sun, sand and surf - your less than 10 minutes walk away from the estuary - a safe swimming spot for everyone. Experience the local cuisine, with many restaurants and cafes within 5 minutes drive including the popular Mercury Bay Estate Winery where you can also taste some local wines.

Beautiful property, loads of space, quiet yet close to the sea. Master bedroom shower was cold/hot/cold hot, not pleasant. Everything else was lovely, don't forget to bring your own salt/pepper. Would stay again.

We had such an amazing stay! And the kids preferred this house to our own! We felt so comfortable and was within short driving distance to the many places like Cathedral Cove, Hot Water Beach, and catching the ferry to Whitianga. We would love to stay again.
