3rd stay at thjs property. Owner is awesome. Property is perfect for a group. Modern kitchen and bathroom. Great deck for just hanging out and close to shops and restaurant

Perfect location

Tidy house. Room to spread out if you have teens that need there space, main bathroom is to die for. Everyone enjoyed the comfy beds. Location is central whitianga is 40min drive and beautiful township & a short drive to hot water beach & Few minutes walk to cooks main beach and the shops straight across the road. Only two things I would suggest, more lighting in kitchen and a microwave. But overall we would rebook. Thank you for sharing your home to us all.

Perfect kiwi bach

A great Cooks Beach bach with everything you need and nothing you don’t. Good location, close to the beach and shops. Very clean, easy going and lots of space for backyard cricket. Would highly recommend.
