Welcome to our NEW Cozy Blue Ribbon Ranch

This is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, 1000 sq foot home. This home is completely remodeled interior and exterior with all new furnishings. Living room has a large sectional and comfy chair to watch the 65” tv. Kitchen and dining area is a large area with a table with two chairs and a bench as well as all the kitchenware you will need. Primary bedroom and second bedroom has a comfy new queen mattresses as well as a 27” Roku tv and a large walk-in closet. Second bedroom has a large closet as well. The third bedroom has one twin bed with new mattress and a closet. Back door deck is a 10x12 composite deck. Ample parking available.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a coffee maker.
