The area surrounding the property is dirty and pavement is broken. The lobby is old looking. The receptionists are totally indifferent and unprofessional hiding behind the desk. The restaurant employs are indifferent to the arrival of customers. The elevators are old and barely working. The air conditioning system is working poorly. The shower drain is clogged. The view from the 10th floor is beautiful. The room is a decent size and furniture is minimalist and new looking. TV is of ok size. The hotel location is close to the beach. I didn’t go to the beach, so, no comment about it.

The view is excellent, sea and lake view in the same time. The house keeper very friendly and helpful but i can't say the same for the lobby desk people. There is no hotel parking and needs to look for a spot in the green grass arrea. To me this is one star down for each hotel which has not parking facility. The price for one night in this hotel it does not justifies the conditions and services.
